About me

Welcome to a place of peace and understanding, where your thoughts and feelings are given space to breathe. My name is Emma Lovric, a social worker, with an academic journey that began at the University of Gothenburg and continued at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, where I got my master’s degree in Social Work. My academic path has been shaped by a deep interest in the human psyche, particularly how mental health issues and life’s traumas can affect us, regardless of our backgrounds.

My professional journey has woven together two significant threads: inspiring leadership and empathetic therapy sessions. Through my role as a manager, I have learned to lead with compassion, recognizing the importance of creating supportive structures for people’s well-being.

My experience as a counselor in the healthcare sector has provided me with invaluable skills in guiding conversations with both children and adults, offering support, clarity and motivation in various situations, including crisis intervention and grief processing. Through my exploration of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness, I have expanded my toolkit to better meet your needs in the most effective way possible.
